Reading announcements in Cosmotorg is open and free for all, and does not require any membership.
Announcements

Companies, business owners, investors, entrepreneurs, managers, brokers and others can place announcements on Cosmotorg.

Making and reading announcements on Cosmotorg is free of charge.

Announcements shall be definite business projects, cases or concepts about:
Investment and strategic partnership
Buying and selling businesses
Franchise.
We recommend making the announcement text of a size between 1/5 to 1 full normal printed book page (A4 format) for better readability.

Advertisements for companies, products, services and information campaigns can be made for payment. See Sponsor Advertisements section for more information.

Announcements on Cosmotorg can be made in Cosmotorg Control Panel after Login.

Only announcements which have status Active are visible on Cosmotorg. All new announcements and those changed by Edit function are automatically set to status Pending.
The status will change to Active if and when the announcement is approved by Cosmotorg Team.

You can remove your announcement at any time. Log in, go to My Announcements, and click Remove for the announcement you want to stop.
That particular announcement will now immediately be removed from the marketplace, and will later be deleted.

Yes, you will be able to receive messages. If you select NO for showing your email address inside your announcement, the visitors can not see your email address,
but they still can send you messages using the Message Form. However, you always need to have a valid email address registered in your account.

During working days it will normally take up to few hours to review Pending announcements. In other cases it may take up to 24 hours or longer.

Announcements are valid 6 months from the date of creation. You can at any time prolong this period to 6
months from the current date by using Prolong function.

Prolonging validity time of announcements is free of charge.

There are 2 visitors' statistics for announcements: one for the entire period from the time of creation,
and another for the latest period of up to 30 days, after which it is reset and restarted.

URL in announcements is allowed if it leads to a relevant page and is not in breach of
Terms and Conditions. HTML, Code and Script are not allowed.

Announcing on Cosmotorg is a powerful marketing factor for your business project. However, the more you market your announcement, the greater the chances for success.
As one of several possible additional marketing activities you may consider to submit the URL of your announcement to as many search engines as you can.
Your announcement's URL will typically be something like this (but with your announcement's ID number at the end), which you can see in your browser's address field:

The text shall be in English for International website, and Norwegian for Norway website.

Announcements with status Removed can be updated (published) again: go to Edit mode, click Save.
Sponsor Advertisements

A Sponsor is anyone who advertises on Cosmotorg for companies, products, services or information campaigns for payment.

Payments for an advertisement shall be made to Cosmotorg after the advertisement has been approved by Cosmotorg Team.
Payment instructions can be found in Cosmotorg Control Panel after Login.

The payment for approved advertisements shall be received by Cosmotorg within 7 days after approval, otherwise the Order will be set to status Overdue.

If your advertisement is paid for, and has not yet expired, you can renew (prolong) it as follows:
read and accept the Terms and Conditions,
go to Cosmotorg Control Panel after Login, go to My Sponsor Items,
select the item you want to renew, go to Edit mode, select Renewal Duration and Currency, and Save.

There are 2 visitors' statistics for Sponsor Items (advertisements): one for the entire period from the time of creation,
and another for the latest period of up to 30 days, after which it is reset and restarted.

If you ever will need to temporarly make your advertisement invisible on Cosmotorg for any reason, you can do it with Stop function.
You can then any time before expiration restart it with Restart function. There is no time-credit for the period when your advertisement has status Stop, i.e. the paid time is running.
