Egg Factory / Poultry Farm / Poultry Plant
The present owners have founded the Egg Factory (Poultry Farm, Poultry Plant) in 1999. It has 200,000 hens for egg production. An extra capacity is now being built for another 60,000 hens. The sales volume is 50 million eggs per year, and will increase to 75 million eggs when the additional capacity will be operating. Products of the company enjoy very high quality rating in the country. The main product comprises sorted and packed eggs and liquified eggs. In addition to eggs the factory is supplying also chicken as a complementary product line. The customer group is very strong and growing, including many well known large wholesale and retail corporations in Ukraine. 165 people work in the factory. Among technical systems implemented are feeding and water equipment Roxell (Belgium), Fancom (Netherlands) and Golfin for ventilation, manufacturing equipment Hellmann, RSC, automatic weighing equipment from Germany, etc. The factory owns its buildings. It controls its land by a long-term lease, which is a normal arrangement in Ukraine.
Office and Business Facility
Office and Business Facility include an office building and some other buildings. Total office and facilities area is 1200 m2, of high standard and quality, fully furnished and functioning property, which at the present is mostly used by the Egg Factory. The main 2-floor office building with 323 m2 is now used by the administration. The facility is located centrally in the capital city of the district. The ground is 0.7 hectares, and is controlled by a long-term lease.
Industrial Real Estate
This Estate has previously been used by a poultry farm, but is now inactive. The land mass is 22.62 hectares. More than 17 factory buildings of acceptable standard stand unused in this estate. Electricity, gas and water supply lines are connected to the buildings, and the quality of the water is very good. Everything that stands on the land is owned by the Estate, and the land area is controlled by a long-term lease. The Estate is located in a beautiful place only 1 kilometer from the main highway to Kyiv, the capital city of Ukraine. The location is strategically very beneficial, not only for possible industrial development projects here, but also for potential projects like hypermarket stores, shopping and entertainment business, which are now in high demand.

2007 Q1: Sales 0.65 M USD, 2007 forecast: 3.0 M USD
2005 yielded a profit of 0.19 M USD, 2006 showed loss. 2007 Q1 has a profit, and the year-total is forecasted with profit.
